How downloads work

From payment to your file

1. Complete your purchase. Choose your product, check your email address, and complete payment through the store.
2. Wait for approval. Your file will be released once payment is confirmed.
3. Open your purchase email. Hostinger will send a message with a link to download your digital product. A printing guide is included with the product.
4. Download it within 30 days. Save the file in a safe place on your computer or personal storage.

Before you buy

• All products are digital. No physical item will be shipped.
• Enter a valid email address and double-check it before completing your order.
• A printing guide is included with the product. Read it before printing, and check the product page for what is included and any specific instructions.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still cannot find the message, email oi@ceudossonhos.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if possible, your order number.
