Will I receive a physical product?
No. Céu dos Sonhos products are digital files. No physical item will be shipped.
How and when will I receive the file?
Once payment is approved, Hostinger will send a link to download the digital product to the email address provided at checkout. The link remains available for 30 days. A printing guide is included with the product.
My payment was approved, but the email did not arrive. What should I do?
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Also make sure the address entered in the order is correct. If you still need help, email oi@ceudossonhos.com, preferably using the same email address you used for your purchase.
My download link has expired. What now?
Contact us at oi@ceudossonhos.com and provide the email address used for the purchase and, if possible, your order number so we can locate the transaction.
Can I print the file more than once?
Yes. You may print as many copies as you need for your own personal use. Printing for resale, distribution, or use by others is not permitted.
How can I get the best print results?
Read the printing guide included with the product and the instructions on the product page. When indicated, print at actual size or 100% scale. Colors may vary depending on your screen, printer, ink, and paper.
Can I share the file with someone else?
No. The license is individual and non-transferable. The digital file and download link may not be shared, lent, given away, or published.
Can I use the files commercially?
The license included with your purchase allows personal use only. To request commercial permission, email oi@ceudossonhos.com before using the content.
